Sigma Ebrodur is a clear copolymer additive that you mix into plaster and mortar to make it harder and let you build it thicker. It raises elasticity and bond strength, and it cuts the water/cement ratio so the mix shrinks and cracks less as it dries. Suitable for interior and exterior work, alkali-resistant and unsaponifiable, almost odourless and easy to work with. Supplied clear in a 15 L drum. Where to use it: • Mixed into sand/cement plaster and mortar to harden it and reduce shrinkage cracking • Applying plaster and render in thicker coats without slumping • Improving adhesion of render onto difficult or smooth backgrounds • Used with ready-mixed Sigma plasters and fillers such as 0810 Sigma Sprayplaster and 0896 Sigma Concrete Filler Important: • This is an additive, not a paint — it is mixed into plaster or mortar and never applied on its own as a finish coat. • Not a waterproofing membrane. For sealing a roof against rain, use Sigma Aqua Roofshield or Sigma Roof-Flex. • Not a floor hardener or floor coating — for floors and car parks use a Sigma Floorguard system.
