Aquafill Wallfiller Fine is a lime-free interior filler and surface leveller based on water-based acrylic copolymer resins, made for filling and smoothing internal cement-based surfaces and boards. It fills, smooths and levels in one product, dries to a smooth off-white surface that sands easily, and takes Sigma waterborne emulsion finishes directly on top. It can be built up to 1 mm per coat with multiple coats where needed, is touch dry in about 2 hours, and complies with LEED VOC limits at under 50 g/l. Supplied in 25 kg and 35 kg packs. Where to use it: • Smoothing and levelling interior walls before painting • Skim coat over interior concrete, cement render and plaster • Filling and levelling cement boards and wall boards • Patching and making good primed areas before the finish coat • Surface preparation for smooth Sigma waterborne emulsions Important: • Interior use only — not for exterior walls or facades; use Sigma Concrete Filler 0896 outside. • Not for floors. • Do not build up more than 1 mm in a single coat — apply several thin coats instead.
