Vetorep CR523 is a single-component, polymer-modified cementitious fairing coat — a fine cement-based skim that you mix with clean water on site and trowel onto concrete to smooth it out. It repairs surface blemishes from feather edge up to 3 mm thick, cosmetically fills hairline cracks in plaster and concrete, closes blowholes, and evens out patchy concrete colour. It is self-priming and self-curing, so no separate primer is needed and no curing is required in normal conditions. It is a cosmetic finishing/levelling coat over sound concrete, not a structural repair mortar. Where to use it: • Repairing concrete surface blemishes, from feather edge up to 3 mm thick • Unifying / evening out concrete surface colour • Cosmetically filling hairline cracks in plaster and concrete • Filling blowholes (bug holes) up to 5 mm • As a final finish in industrial structures such as parking garages and retaining walls Important: • Not for structural or deep repairs — 3 mm maximum per layer (10 mm absolute inside blowholes). For structural work use Vetorep CR520, CR521 or CR526 • Not for swimming pools or water tanks, and not approved for contact with drinking water — it is not rated for permanent water immersion • Not a waterproofing product — it is a breathable finishing coat and carries no water-resistance rating
