SI PREMIUM COAT 1000 is a cold-applied, water-based acrylic elastomeric waterproofing coating — a liquid you brush, roll or spray on, not a torch-on roll — that cures into a tough, seamless, highly flexible film. It stretches up to 400% at break and resists UV (2500 hrs with no colour fade), so it can be left exposed on roofs and exterior walls. The catalogue lists it for roofs, exterior walls, kitchens, bathrooms, ground sewage and water tanks, over brick, concrete, concrete tiles, plywood, slate or polyurethane, with or without reinforcement. Two coats at roughly 0.7 kg/m² each — the second crossed perpendicular to the first — give a 0.8–1 mm film; the first coat may be thinned 10–20% with water, the second is used neat. Where to use it: • Exposed roof waterproofing (concrete, concrete tiles, metal roofs, old bituminous roofs after preparation) • Exterior walls and facades • Kitchens and bathrooms (wet areas) • Water tanks • Ground sewage • Re-coating old asphalt/bitumen roofs and old roof tiles after proper preparation
